Well Disney is fixing the price and blocking competition by colluding with resellers to not sell below the fixed price.
Walmart and Target are agreeing (colluding with) Disney to fix a price. If target sells it for less they will get booted by Disney.
Those fair trade prices were made illegal by FTC antitrust laws in jeez like the 70's? I remember Kodak film was an item that was the same price no matter where you bought it.
And that spawned competition like FUJI to come to America.... and they ate Kodaks lunch.My New Year's resolution is 3840 × 2160
