You're being nice. GF visits can happen any time, how often do get-togethers happen? ;) It's just the way it is, everyone wants to do them but few actually put their money where their mouth is. Even the local ones aren't as well attended as you would like to see.

So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?

Ok friends. It’s time again. I want to give plenty of warning this time, but another get together is in the cards. I’m thinking late summer to early fall sometime. I will gather some info on accommodations close by for anyone traveling and we will have this one go late into the night.
This will be an all day and into evening event and give as much time as possible for gear swap and music listening. Let me know if any of you folks are interested.

He might actually make it this time! Definitely mid-month. I am booked on the holidays and weekends from here to the weekend of the 17th of August. Free after that, so if you want to book a date somewhere between now and then, I will not be able to make it. From the 24th of August on? Should not be any issues for me.

Too many vacations, weddings, graduations, family reunions, birthday celebrations, etc...

Good on you Joe for setting this up. I have a local audiophile group of around 20 but I don’t do these out of town gatherings simply because of the work involved

    Joe,
I have it on my calendar. I do have a planned trip in September to San Antonio to see a relative in the Air Force. Don't know which weekend that is, yet.
