Ken, help

Went to change my password, and they made me this guy, whoever that is. Now I can't get into my account, lost my screen name, etc. All started because I forgot my password, duh.

Can you reset my account please. This is TONYB.

Thanks.

Don't just send me another link to change my password, because when I click on it, this guys name is on the header and it won't allow me to change it.
