    Santana / Sacred Fire

Listened to this CD tonight almost twice to hear the differences from older SL2000's to my new to me RDO194's in my SRS2's. Thanks to a forum member Phil I've finally upgraded. B) These tweeters were already broken in too. I actually got chills and goosebumps listening to this CD. I smiled a bit too. :D

Now to get to Dave's interconnecting cable asap.

It was a perfect CD to hear the IMPROVEMENT. Much better. :)

This song especially highlighted the improvement! ;)

Taken from a recent Audioholics reply regarding "Club Polk" and Polk speakers:
"I'm yet to hear a Polk speaker that merits more than a sentence and 60 seconds discussion." :\
My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....

    Van Morrison - Moondance

Picked this up at B/N this afternoon, used a 25% off coupon. Not bad, 180G. I'm really kind of leery of new vinyl, especially at today's prices. More fun crate digging for used anyway! :)

I've always thought the goal of high-end audio was not to have your neighbors bang on the wall and say, 'Turn that darn music down' but to have your neighbors bang on the wall and say, 'Tell your friends to go home and you can practice later this week'.
