New S6 Speakers, Update Failed Failed and Failed. Wirelessly or Manually

I just bought a pair of S6, after installing the Play-Fi app it recognized the speakers on the network and started the update process. Update failed, failed and failed. After a full day without success. I downloaded the USB file to update manually. I followed the instructions, created a directory called "phorus" at the root of the USB, unplugged the power, plugged in USB.... i followed the steps, one by one, one speaker at a time, hour and hour. Failed, failed and failed again. Can you help?
