Looks like he raised the price to $375, and the original price of $300 was about what they are worth I believe. It may still be considered a deal though, because we may not see another pair of them for sale in America for years.

With this beauty, I might not mind at all.
I've owned a Sansui 717 and that tuner before. Also an equalizer to match. I regretted selling it years ago. Heck, this might be the same set. I paid 40.00 for that Sansui set at a school's tennis player fundraiser.
And I was late getting there.

A friend of mine had one 1974-76 era, he used it for many years, well-built, mid-level quality table. I don't think they have a large following as others, and as such, don't resell at higher prices. I think $250.00 is top, top dollar! It would have to have a newer mid-level cartridge or better to considered at that price. I see them all they time for less, but did not investigate the condition of any of them. -
