Wall Posting

I received two notifications of people posting to my "wall".
Firstly, I don't really know what my "wall" is. I would assume it would be like Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. but don't know how to access it.
Secondly, both posters have 0 activity on the forum.
Any insight on all of this? Spammers?

    Thanks. I went there and it showed as if two people sent me something, but again nothing showed up AND they both have 0 activity. I'll ignore. Thanks.
