    Does anyone recognize these? Probably junk but they look somewhat interesting and are listed cheaply.

    They look like Advent Prodigy towers, but I think Advent rounded the top edges down.

    There's a name on the bottom that I can't read. No big deal, but I just wondered if they were some kind of "diamond-in-the-rough". Only $35 but an hour away.

    $35 and one hour? Worth the risk IMO

    I have it tentatively set up for tonight. Just waiting for him to confirm he's available. It's an hour and 40 minutes away, but I'd definitely prefer the drive over a damaged amp!

    I agree 100% on driving to get something valuable now.

    Here is a package that was shipped from 120 miles away via, USPS;

    And this is what was in it. It all escaped damage by the grace of God. That's all I can figure as how it made it here in that box scratch and dent free and not one broken piece.

    PS. The pieces were jumbled into a mass of carnage under the top, which was thankfully taped to the bottom. They were contained. Otherwise, I doubt any piece wouldve been in that box!

    Might feel a bit of a stiff neck coming on, but I think I'm alright. It was a solid **** hit.

    Now the question is, how many did you pick up? :D

    I stopped, but, the traffic was too heavy at morning rush hour.

    The car damage looks like that box did. :s I know the feeling about hitting a deer.

    Mine was a secondary impact late at night. The car in front of me hit the deer, the deer was knocked to the ground and it spun around the first car and I ran over it. Bumper damage and a blown front tire. Happened in the middle of nowhere at 10PM I think. "Deliverance" country somewhere. It was quite the experience. I was young and had no spare but there was an old gas station open just a 100ft. back. I was fearing for my girlfriend and my lives for real. But all went well in a slow kind of way. :#

    Sorry as all get out about that. :'(

    I think some of us members are just cursed. :#

    That Technics integrated and tuner is very similar to mine, which i really like. you might be able to get him to separate it from the rest, or just buy it all. What I am trying to say is, that is a good integrated if someone wants it! Just make sure you get the tuner too.

    Thanks. It didn't really amount to much. I have been feeling it in my lower back a bit, but it feels like that pain may be on its way out too.

    But thanks everyone for your concern. On the bright side I've never been happier or more content with my listening setup!
