Sony PS4 Pro vs the Sony PS4

How big a difference is the picture quality between the two? In other words is it worth the extra 100 bones they are asking. I figure not owning a PS4 is it better to go ahead and get the Pro version instead?

    Well from what I'm reading the Pro up scales to 4k has more storage and more power and a larger hard drive so I guess I'm going to get the Pro. Once best buy opens up I'm off to get it, I bet we will get a visit from the kids once it's hooked up and that's really the reason we are getting it is for when they come over.

    Curious to hear what you think. I already have a PS4 and I have some interest in the Pro but have yet to upgrade. I think you need to have a pretty good TV to make it worthwhile. Some games are designed to work better on the Pro. What games did you bet by the way?

    Got the Pro and 4 games I hooked it up to the 4k TV to see if there is a big difference to the 1080p TV and on Blood Bourne, and Dead Alliance the graphics are better and definitely noticeable on the 4k set, however on Grand Theft Auto and Star Wars not so much I guess it depends on the games. Blood Bourne looks awesome on a 4k set.

    I guess we will have to get another 4K set on Black Friday for the kids to play it on. I will have the kids come over and put it to use. This and 4 games cost a small fortune, could of got a new Oppo Player instead but the wife would of had something to say about it. I'm going to shoot some Zombies after the football games.

    I got mine from a pallet sale. It had an issues. I RMA'd it, with it being <1yr old as the Pro hasn't been released for that long they went ahead and fixed it. Bought broken, they fixed for free and paid for shipping. $50 PS4Pro :)

    $50 for a Pro great deal how you liking it? Between me the Wife and the kids ours has been in use pretty much non stop since we got it, watching the others arguing who's next is classic, the reason they argue is I pretty much suck and haven't had much time to practice so they fight over it.
