    The ports will be locked at the local level on the router. What make and model do you have? It is not a big deal to change, but the settings are specific to the device. If I know the model, I should be able to help.

    Turns out the units will no longer access the net thanks to the company that supported the functionality being out of business and McIntosh abandoning support for the unit.

    Turns out that Escient technologies owned the servers and code for the MS750. They were bought out of bankruptcy by DM Holdings, and the servers set up with an independent company, contracted through DM... Sound United bought DM Holdings, and either shut down the independent company or that company folded as a result of the merger with Sound United... most likely the latter. Nobody knows who has those servers and without them, the code and the ability of my McIntosh to communicate with the web are history.

    Somehow I knew it was Polk's fault! :D:D j/k
