Magnifi soundbar and sub sync

Hello. I just bought a magnifi soundbar with subwoofer. Got home yesterday to hook it up and I can't get the subwoofer to sync with the soundbar. I followed the steps to try to get it to sync but they are not working. Anything else anybody can suggest I try? Thanks

Welcome to Polk's forum. Usually what is recommended is to unplug both the bar's power cord and the sub's, set both AC switches to "off". Wait a minute or two, re-connect the two power cords and switch the AC switches to "on". As a test turn off any network routes in the same general area. Then see if the sub will connect. If there's still a problem, give Polk's CS a call at: 1-800-377-7655 select option 1.
