LOL I once shot myself in the eye with toothpaste from putting it on the brush and the bristles shot a splash right into my right eye. That sucked as I had to rinse it for like 10 minutes

On the day my wife started her new job (about 13 yrs ago) I thought I'd fix her little hand held mirror. I put a few drops of crazy glue on it and then pressed it together. Well it snapped into place shooting the glue right into my eye. It was glued shut, plus it stung like a sun of a gun! Had to call my sister in-law as my wife had the car. She drove me to a clinic, they said no we can't help you. Try this clinic. My wife had to tell her new boss "umm I need to leave on my first day to go meet my husband at the hospital as he glued his eye shut" with a straight face. My sister in-law drove me to meet my wife who then took me to the hospital. How is that for a great start to the day.

Where you perhaps listening to a bit of "music" while you were doing that?

I suppose it could be worse Dan. Instead of toothpaste you could have accidently squeezed some Preparation H on the brush.

Years ago when my dad was visiting, he went to brush his teeth after driving for 17 hours straight. He pulled out some tube of ointment (can't remember what it was) and put it on the brush. I *think* I caught it before he started to brush. He know has pretty bad dementia/memory loss, and that was probably one of the first signs...

My step mother....who doesn't speak a lick of English, nor read it, went to put some hairspray on her head one day when I was a kid.

I was playing a joke on my sisters and left a can of Bullsh&T spray on the counter. Smells like....well you know. Needless to say I got grounded for that one.....no soup for you.

Reminds me of another story. We were in high-school. I had a party in my dad's condo. Things got crazy. A German friend was down, his reading of English not so good. After making out with the porcelain queen he was thoughtful to clean up, only he used sunscreen. The bathroom was a mess afterwards.

I have a version of neuropathy called HNPP which basically means I only have one layer of Myelin protecting my nerves, which ultimately causes my limbs to fall asleep easier and longer. Anyway... I over slept one morning and rolled out of bed in hurry not realizing my right leg was dead asleep.Right away, I ended up falling hard to the floor and couldn't get up until my leg woke up a few minutes later. Totally freaked me out, cause I didn't know I had HNPP at that point in time.

I was in the left hand lane when i came up on two cars checked up even with each other doing 60mph on the turnpike. I sat there for around 2 miles, got p*ssed and did a two lane shimmer. Instead of pulling the people over that were holding up traffic, he grabbed me for going around them "Aggressively Fast". DAH!

Over consumption - hey, we've all been there. Sometimes it can't be helped. What harm can it do?
