Just left my buddies bar. Promised him I would be there for Paddy day. :) Went to grocery store first to get some fine Jewish food to celebrate. Now in the crock pot. Will be laying low tomorrow. To many children on the roads. Took the day off. Corned Beef and music for the day. Hope you all enjoy your day as well.

Is it Paddy or Patty or Patti? Lol. Tip O' The Hat to all you neo-heathens who share the heritage as I do, and also to all others who are Irish for the day!

I'll perform some ancient Celtic pagan rituals this afternoon.
Might even break out in a jig if the mood strikes.

My corned beef will be ready at 5pm today.
48 hours in a SousVide cooker at 140 degrees.
After it's out I will take the cookins and drippins and cook the potatoes, carrots, and cabbage in them.
With fresh baked bread and a 24 pack of Guinness. There will only be three people at the dinner.

Laying low tonight as I'm down with a cold. Have fun everyone, be safe.

Oh, Listen here mister. We got no way of understandin' this world. But we got as much sense of this bird flyin in the sky. Now there is a lot that bird don't know, but it don't change the fact that the world is happening to him all the same. What I am tryin to say is, is that the course of your life, well its changing, and you don't even see it- Forest Bondurant
