CS2 series 2 center channel

Hello,

I am looking for the crossover schematic for a Polk CS2 series 2 center channel. Looking to do a capacitor and resistor upgrade. I am having a hard time finding much info on his one. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

  • Went ahead and looked at the crossover and it has a 5.7ohm 5w resistor. Doing a search for Mills and Mundorf resistors they have only a 5.6ohm. Would using a 5.6ohm cause a difference?

    Thank you

Shouldn't be an issue. Figure the original 5.7ohm is likely 10% tolerance it could be between 5.13 and 6.27ohms. The Mills and Mundorf are probably 1%.

Sounds good. Thank you for the info. I am going to recap it with Clarity ESA caps and Mundorf resistor.
