Did something big just change at Customer Service?

Last night, I emailed a few questions to the Customer Service address.

This morning I got a nice reply from a customer service representative, asking me for more information.

This afternoon, I tried to reply with the requested information. The reply bounced back as undeliverable. The address was "rejected." Ditto several more attempts.

I went to the Polk website. The customer service address changed!

I forwarded my reply to the new customer service address.

Later this afternoon, I received an automated reply from the new customer service address. This is new. (I hadn't received any automated reply from the previous customer service address.) No response yet from a person, although it was later in the day. Maybe Monday?

So, was there a big change at Polk?

The website also looks quite different.

BTW, my question was whether discount coupons from Polk can be used in the Polk eBay store.
