Did something big just change at Customer Service?
Last night, I emailed a few questions to the Customer Service address.
This morning I got a nice reply from a customer service representative, asking me for more information.
This afternoon, I tried to reply with the requested information. The reply bounced back as undeliverable. The address was "rejected." Ditto several more attempts.
I went to the Polk website. The customer service address changed!
I forwarded my reply to the new customer service address.
Later this afternoon, I received an automated reply from the new customer service address. This is new. (I hadn't received any automated reply from the previous customer service address.) No response yet from a person, although it was later in the day. Maybe Monday?
So, was there a big change at Polk?
The website also looks quite different.
BTW, my question was whether discount coupons from Polk can be used in the Polk eBay store.

WTS thanks for bringing this to our attention. I just emailed this to the heads of customer service and IT to resolve as quickly as possible. I'm sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during our switch over. We will make it right.

Oh, I got a reply from customer service at about 7 AM today. Hurrah! I didn't expect to get a reply on a Saturday. Kudos. -

At risk of sounding a bit cryptic:
- My question was answered. It was not the desired answer, but it was a valid answer, and was answered politely and expeditiously.
- The question was rendered moot by the Friends and Family promotion.
- However, that, in turn, has raised yet another relevant question, which I'll ask in another email to Customer Service.
I'll also give you some website feedback in the "New Polk website is live" message thread. There are still glitches to fix, which I bet you're all furiously doing even as I type this. -

I've heard from Polk's CS department that their email system is working fine and should be responsive. It is: polkcs@polkaudio.com

As I also reported in another thread, the search function does not recognize SKU numbers.
Also, the link for signing up for the Polk newsletter/email list is missing (or, perhaps, I haven't found it -- which means it's too hard to find). I wanted to point someone to it, but it's no longer there.
