We have Polk Magnifi and the sound just

quit last evening. Checked all connections and also the cable boxes and works fine just no sound. What do you suggest to correct this?

    The best thing to do is telephone Polk's CS department at 1-800-377-7655 and they'll figure out what the problem is. They are available over the weekend, so you should be fine.
