Scored another SRT remote in like-new condition. I got it from a guy who has a one-owner SRT system for sale on Craigslist and had three remotes. I talked him into selling me one so I would have a spare. When I received it I induction-sealed it in 4 mil polyethylene to save as a back-up.

I now have spare remotes for all of my gear sealed in plastic for backup.



He still as two remotes left to sell with the system (and he won't sell them separately).

One of the remotes is NOS (sealed and never-used). He also has several NOS SRT satellite drivers that go with the system and nice custom Monster cables for it.

The system consists of two SRT subs and sats, a SRT center speaker, and the control center.

He also has an autographed flyer or something he had Matthew Polk autograph in person when he purchased the system new. He paid $10,000 for it and is asking $2,300 OBO.

He has an ad on the Seattle Craigslist. If I was closer I would have been mighty tempted to check them out in person with cash in hand. I don't have any room for them though.

    The guy says the SRTs are still for sale.

    They are located in the Seattle area. He'll probably relist them on Craigslist but if anyone on here is interested, send me a PM and I'll give you the guy's email.

    I have no relation to this guy other than I bought a remote from him.

    Thanks Gatecrasher, I have 3 control boxes but no remote. If he's willing to let one more go, I'll buy it! If I were closer, I would get the entire set from him. I now have 4 subs, 4 sats, & 2 centers! I wouldn't mind a third set, but won't risk shipping unless he can really pack them....

    Great deal for someone. I have a set already but as you know, two are more than twice one.
