Don't know the model (still waiting to hear back from the owner) but these Infinitys look awful nice for the money. (Interlude IL 40 maybe?)

Maybe he saved you? As nice as that M6 is (man would I like to try one!), the new Parasound is worth a look...waiting for the reviews myself.
The issue is, I agreed to be on the "bottom" for the next six months if I spent $2000. Who knows what it'll cost me at the $2500 mark. :D

Pair of SDA 2 for $450. Is this a good deal? I've always wanted to own a pair of SDAs, but I don't think I will be able to get those at this point.

way too much for SDA2 IMHO, but as with real estate... location, location, location. If they are in GREAT shape, local and it has been forever since a pair came up, at least make an offer. 300 max for a great pair is not too far out of line

Saw some SDA2's on San Fran's craigslist for 100 bucks. Says one speaker may have issues though, but for a hundie may be well worth it.

$450 is not a good deal. It might, however, be a fair deal if they have been modified with new tweeters and the crossovers have been modified with polypropylene caps and non inductive resistors. The mods are worth doing and the expense adds up.

That's actually the pair i've bought. It turns out that there were no blown woofers, but rather he was using a cheap amp that made it sound so.

Nice set of re-veneered but unfinished SDA 2A/B Studio cabinets available in CT for 75 bones: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Polk-Audio-SDA-2-Cabinets-RE-VENEERED-IN-REAL-OAK-VENEER-/321695939959?&_trksid=p2056016.m2518.l4276

No affiliation here, just a thing I'd personally be interested in if I were closer so figured I'd pass it along. I have so many spare parts I could build a complete new pair with a fresh set of cabs. Why does this country have to be so damn wide!!?!?

This looks like a great deal: NO AFFIL. For sale I have an older but wonderful home stereo system that is extremely loud and clear. Bought more than 15 years ago, it is time to sell it due to our family relocating out of state with no real need to keep it. The system is being sold ALL TOGETHER so please do not try to negotiate for single parts.

    This system is composed of:
A Pioneer Elite PD-65 compact disc player
A JVC TD-W354 double cassette deck
A Denon TU-380RD precision audio component/am-fm stereo tuner
A PS Audio 6.1 stereo preamplifier
A PS Audio 100w power router
    2x Magnepan MG 3.5\R Crossovers
    2 x 6' Magnepan Magneplanar Loaded Loudspeakers

I am asking 800 for the entire system and this is based solely off of their condition and the price paid when the system was originally purchased. This price is negotiable but please no low ballers. If interested email me at the link above and I will reply as soon as possible. Thanks!

Thanks Tony. I picked up the MF M6si. I appreciate the post.

Cool bro, let us know how she sounds when you get it all hooked up.

This amp offers more than I was expecting. Give me some time to play now, my first impressions are all very positive. I have have not experienced an amp like this before.

Thanks again and I meant no disrespect to mrbiron picking up this amp. I felt it was a deal to be had. Sorry.

No worries...i just call first dibs in 20 years from now when you go to sell it.
I've found another one for $200 more and still think that its a good deal and need to hawk a couple more items before my banker allows my purchase.

I want impressions as soon as possible, as well as the phono and dac section. I'm looking at the one box solution at this time and i feel the M6SI is it from what i've read.
