True tell I was interested in the Peter Green and George songs
but hoped for some cool African music integrated in or not.
    Rattlesnake Shake is a treat.
Harrison should have handled the lead vocal on "Walk a Thin Line" but I'll take it.
Serviceable cover of "Not Fade Away." I could do w/out the childrens drum beat on "Cassiopeia Surrender"
The Visitor is cool  and more like what I thought most of the LP would be.
Overall, I think this was a George Hawkins LP
The Drums are possibly mixed too forward  but this as it should be.
    Solid Three stars.

    Mick Fleetwood ~ The Visitor

I'm going to spin it again RNT. I'm into song 2 and you're about Rattlesnake Shake is good.
My tastes have changed over the years so to give the album a fair shake I should listen again. OK
track 3 just came on and it's just not me. Wife would like it I'm sure.

    I view it as a maxi-single. I'm a bit of a George completist.

    Ataxia ~ Automatic Writing

Ataxia was a short-lived American experimental rock band formed in 2004 by guitarist John Frusciante (Red Hot Chili Peppers), bassist Joe Lally (Fugazi) and drummer Josh Klinghoffer (Red Hot Chili Peppers, Dot Hacker, The Bicycle Thief), who later succeeded Frusciante as the lead guitarist of the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Ataxia wrote and recorded songs for two weeks, and the material was separated into two albums: Automatic Writing (2004) and AW II (2007). The songs all feature a ground-bass line with the guitar overlaying different motifs and long developments. In March 2008, Lally described the band's writing process:
