Polk staff, amazing customer service thank you very much.
Over the weekend my wife and I were watching an episode of 6ft under on DVD and we notice a rattle in our speaker. We thought it was the crystal against the window. But NO it was the speaker,called the toll free number the man on the line provided me with some tips to make sure it was the speaker as well as the number for the parts dealer here in Canada. Gave the guy a call he said he would ship out the part the next day. I got it today in perfect shape hooked it up and back to the way it was.
Most pleasurable customer service one of the best I have dealt with...hats off to you.
