really simple and common-sensical... 20% alcohol (I used reagent-grade 95% ethanol, not 'denatured'; but pure isopropanol or even methanol should be reasonable, too) in high quality distilled or RODI water (I used 18 megohm-cm HPLC grade water, since I have some 'in stock') and a wetting agent (surfactant). I cannot find our Photo-Flo (still buried in the basement rubble) so I did a little Google-level research and convinced myself that a drop of dishwasher rinse-aid was 'close enough for government work'.
