One of my all time fav LPs. Wish I still had it on vinyl.
Some LPs are just produced/mastered better! This always sounded great to me.BlueMDPicker wrote: »

Happy St. Patty's Day, dudes. I'm going to play one more Stooges LP in honor of drummer Scott Asheton who died the night before last, and maybe a Thin Lizzy The Boys Are Back In Town, then soon off to join me Irish brethren.

+1 Blues for Salvador, been looking for that on vinyl. Nice pick.

Thanks! It's a solid album for sure. But, my very favorite Santana LP is 'Havana Moon' for the bluesy vibe and stellar guest artist lineup. I need to pull it out of the rack and give it a spin this evening. -

A great LP from top to bottom.
Favorite track off the album. The underrated Rickey Hirsch and late Wick Larsen on guitars. -
Jorma Kaukonen ~ Quah

I always liked the Nakamichi 600 - unassailable aesthetics and very good performance (if a bit finicky)... if ya gotta listen to cassettes, a good Nakamichi deck should be involved if at all possible :-)

My father wanted a good cassette deck so I bought him this one a while back for Christmas. Now he's decided cassettes are not for him, so now it's back with me.
I'm not really into cassettes but it's a very nice deck.

I concur with the Nakamichi assessment, top-shelf aesthetics and sound but mine were all serviced more than a couple times. They had real quality sound though and I made many, many compilation tapes on them.

I got a Nak in the basement somewhere. Had a better version, um 300 years ago.
My sony still works no fuss no muss. If someone wants to fix the NAK…
