Subwoofer Selection Help

Is anyone familar with the quality/sound of a VENTURI BY BIC AMERICA 125 WATT 12" POWERED SUBWOOFER?I'm not sure how well it fits into my current configuration which includes;
DENON 3802 RECEIVER
POLK RT55I FRONT SPEAKERS
POLK CS400 CENTER

    I have never seen one but in that price range I recommend you also look at the SVS, HSU and Adire Audio subs.
