New Speaker Cable
Just recently, I posted a thread on a positive experience with Douglasconnection.
While I'm waiting to be in a position to pick up some extra parts to finish off my Back Surround cables. I had enough bits and pieces to start dinking around and ended up slapping my center channel cable together.
It's Vampire Wire 13/4 being used in a single application. Take a look at the silver content in the cable;

Why are the cables twisted at one end and not the other?Political Correctness'.........defined

The wires are twisted at both ends. With the obvious twist, the wires still have the individual coverings.
On the other end with the red/black, I stripped the coverings off, twisted the wires, then covered them. -
