Help please

This may be in wrong area but here goes..i would like to post pictures on forum. Would i be able to do it with my iphone? I use it daily as it goes where i go! We do have Laptops at home but im not good with them. Wife is---how do i go about posting a picture on here..i really enjoy Polk site better than all out there. So id like to use it properly. Not good with computers doesnt help so im reaching out for advice.....also. Wife can if i know how as she is much better but has very busy schedule.....if i cant with iphone-how would i with laptop/pc-- Thank you all in advance.
