any suggestions on tower speakers

I did a martinlogan setup for my sister, I am very impressed with them.
We used the Motion 10's. They are very powerful and crystal clear ( due to that ribbon tweeter). They sounds great in both HT and 2ch audio. We were able to get them onsale at newegg for $99 each! (marked down from 600 each).
I found them at amazon for $199 each. Great deal, Great buy, awesome speaker. They aren't very big, maybe 3 feet tall.

If you want something bigger they next step up is a motion 12 or motion 20.

I did toss in a small polk sub for bass. If they had more or a budget I would have tossed in 1 or 2 B&W ASW608.
Cool thing about ML is that BestBuy has them in Magnolia, so you can go hear them yourself. They are very directional speakers so make sure they are aiming near you to get the most out of them.

Newegg has some Monitor 75T's for $219 a piece . Anxiously awaiting their arrival .

I picked up some RTi8's at Fri's for $300 the pair. They sounded great for home theater. My wife didn't like they way they looked so I sold them to my brother along with the Onkyo 609 at 100 wats per channel and a CSi center. They played louder than I could stand. I then picked up the RTIa7 with the Onkyo 809. Both speakers are fine for the price for home theater.

I like how they show the back and not much of the front.

The cabinets were so thin that it felt like you could pop a hole with a good whack.
