Help me....Upgrade bug ideas

I've been using a 4 channel HK Citation 7.1 amp in both normal and bridge mode to drive Lsi9s for 6+ months now. So far, I am happy with the result. Can't tell the difference in normal or bridge mode, so I just put it back to Normal, which is 240 WPC @4ohms. In Bridge mode, the manual says 450 WPC @ 8ohms, so who knows how many for 4ohms.

Right now, I've 3 of this amp in my home. I keep reading many threads regarding how other brands like Parasound, NAD, Rotel, etc... sound great.

I can sell my amp for around $750. Which other 2 channel amps should I try that gives better sound? or you don't think I can do better than the Citation for the same $?

Does passively bi-amp Lsi9s make any difference?

    If your happy, just sit back and enjoy the tunes.

    Some amps in bridged mode don't like a 4 ohm load which may be the case if no specs are given so It may be wise to leave those straight up. Some nice parasounds graced the FM lately. Only thing I can tell ya is to try new things when you can, it may change your perspective on past gear you have owned.
