So i was thinking can i get two of these subs http://www.amazon.com/Polk-Audio-10-Inch-Monitor-Subwoofer/dp/B0002KVQBA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1358290286&sr=8-1&keywords=polk+sub and hook them up with RCA Y Adapter - 1-Female to 2-Male for Digital Audio, hook that into a RCA to RCA. Granted i want two of these subs can i wire sub to sub and only use one adapter instead of two?

Keno, you'd need only one "Y" adapter, but it would be one male(to plug into the sub output on the receiver)to two female(two coaxial cables with RCA plugs would plug into it and then into either line input on the two PSW10s).

The subs aren't connected together. Each one is connected with a coaxial cable to the sub output on the receiver.

What im asking is if i can connect the two subs together with gauge wire, because i only have one sub woofer port on my receiver. Or will i have to buy a splitter for both of them to be connected to the sub woofer port.

The male end of the "y" splitter will connect to the subwoofer jack on your AVR. Each of the 2 female jacks of the "Y" splitter will then accept the male subwoofer cable that will run to each individual sub. The "y" splitter send one signal to both subs from the one output of the AVR.

That sub doesn't have a subwoofer input, it has left/right rca input. So he might need a splitter for that as well, but could probably just plug into the white jack for mono as the sub doesn't need 2 channels. -
Those inputs are on a sub, of course, and therefore they're subwoofer inputs. As mentioned in the manual, the RCA plug on the coaxial cable can be plugged into either of the two inputs(they join inside the sub). There's no problem with this connection. Each branch of the "Y" adapter carries the full voltage output of the receiver sub out(not half)to the respective sub.

So if i got the same setup again but with a y splitter into the subport of my reviver i can connect two of these? -
As you were already advised, the 1 female to 2 male adapter isn't what you need and there's no reason to buy it. If you get a 1 male to 2 female adapter, then yes, two of those 8' cables(if that's long enough)can go into the adapter and then plug into the subs.
