I was going to get another pair of M40s and M50s in cherry from Newegg yesterday. They are all sold out. In fact, except for the M70s in black, the whole Monitor II line is sold out. Someone in another forum and also a contact at Newegg said they will not be getting more! Please tell me otherwise! I want to get the match for all my other Monitor series speakers and I do not like the new of the xxT line. I don't want to go used but, I will if I have to.
What's the scoop?
Things are more like they are now than they ever will be!

    A guy on the AVS forum in the Polkies thread has a crap load of Monitors that he doesn't use since he's upgraded to RTi's and then RTiA's. They're just sitting around waiting for a home :cool:

    Buy from the Polk E-bay site for factory refurbished - they have Monitor 40s and 50s right now - in cherry.

    H9: If you don't trust what you are hearing, then maybe you need to be less invested in a hobby which all the pleasure comes from listening to music.

    Or post a wanted ad here if you are able to. I am sure some folks have some sets lying around they wouldnt mind getting rid of. My Monitor 60's are actually Polk T90e's and they are black or I might consider selling em to you.

    Duh! I didn't think of that. Thanks guys! I missed a great sale on some M50s but it looks like they have great sales all the time.
