I don't know if anyone listened to (or will admit to) early Eminem, but I was almost startled to hear the first track on Joss' album abruptly switch to one of his earlier beats halfway through. I thought it was very interesting and kind of cool.

In case you're wondering what this was, it was a streaming webcast of a live concert, in honor of what would have been Jerry Garcia's 70th birthday. The concert included a pretty amazing group of musicians led by Bob Weir, Donna Jean Godcheaux, Mike Gordon and many others. They played well over 4 hours of Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia songs. I only caught the last hour or so. I can't recall ever hearing better sound quality from an internet stream. Here's a story with the setlist and photos. This is supposed to be available later today on Yahoo! Music. I hope that they preserve the sound quality of the original stream. Here's a link to a story about the event with the complete set list and some photos: http://www.glidemagazine.com/hiddentrack/setlist-and-photos-move-me-brightly-bob-weir-mike-gordon-joe-russo-donna-jean-phil-lesh-and-more-salute-jerry/
