Wireless TV earphones?

I have 2 hard of hearing adults in my household. We've tried TV Ears brand wireless earphones so the rest of us don't suffer from too much volume when watching TV. Either the batteries died in the earphones and I bought replacements or the base/transmitter died. Looking for suggestions if any of you have a similar situation.
Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Friend.

    Had a similar issue with my Grandma. Sony makes a decent setup for that. Transmitter is AC. Headphones took one AAA battery I believe.
