    Wow excellent choice and here I thought I was the only Ronnie Earl Fan, in this forum this is by far Ronnies best From San-Ho-Say to the Last track Rego Park Blues. This is Ronnies Best, you sir have a good ear for the good tunes. other ones to check out is Ronnie Earls Language of the Soul the Braodcasters are one of the best backing bands in this genere.     I agree 100 percent. This is the best Ronnie Earl album and he smokes on it. What a great talent. Don't care much for his lyrics but this album is all instrumental and show cases his talents.

    And 2nd that Roy Buchanan! You have good taste in music my friend.

Seems we like the same type of music so if you like him I am sure I will. I have not heard the Mississippi Allstars rendition but looks like I will be soon!
    I believe my favorite song on the album is You Better Run......it is dark and bluesy. A great song. Next fav on the album is The Romp. Really good stuff.

    Yep R.L. Burnside and Junior were best of buds. Yes love Magic Slim, I have a lot of stuff Rock, Jazz Metal, but my blues stuff is quite numerous, and takes up most of my collection, its been good chattin with you it's Steve by the way.
