TL350 speakers & banana plugs

getting ready to set this set of speakers up tomorrow, has anyone hooked these up with banana plugs, if so, how - read on crutchfields I think that the blackstone tl350's take banana plugs, but not sure how to connect - the threaded plugs on the back do not seem to unscrew all the way, and the speakers are capped???

    Or take a sharp blade, like a razor blade, and slip it under the cap edge....pop it up and pull it off.
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
