    Don't attach web pics and gifs, use the IMG tool...

    When you go to post there are tthe buttons above the text box. One is marked "IMG". Punch it and you're almost there...

    Note that as with all the stuff like bold face and such, it just commands in square brackets you can type to turn on/ off the commands instead of using the buttons. You'll see these IMG related keystrokes in the text if you go back up to my reply you quoted and hit "quote" again.
