Hey all,

A Local stereo shop is having a moving sell (cash and carry) and I bought their demo rotel rcd 1520. They knocked about 250 bucks off the asking price plus they still gave me the 2 year warranty too. It is a 10/10 cosmetically and is one sweet player! It is incredible!

Here is the specs if you are interested:

Also: I purchased some of their demo (new to me) IC cables. The Audioquest Jaguar 48v dbs. I bought three pair and another Power Cable, Nrg 3.

I now have all Nrg 3 Pc's throughout my system with except for Cable box and bd (which have nrg 1.5's.) And still have the stock pc on the Max 7500. When I pick up the cables this weekend, I will see if I can pick up another deal on another Nrg 3.

I might be parting with my AQ king cobra Ic's now that I upgraded to Jag's. The Kings are only 4 months old.

Pics later, work has been real busy.
Regards,
Matt

Here is a link I found very interesting... basically they are saying that the movement now is to use a cheap cd/dvd/or blue-ray player, use a dedicated DAC and go strait to amp...
No more single purpose CD players... I am not saying they are right, I just though it was an interesting take...
