Hello. First post. Well after my first speaker purchase(small Advents) some 38 years ago at the age of 15 I have finally bought a pair of 7c's. I auditioned the Polks in the early 80's but went with some Boston A150's only because I was able to get a good deal.

My son moved out last week and begrudgingly I let him take the A150's, which after a few refoams still sound amazing.

I had been looking around for some replacements and found the Polks on craigslist for $95. I'm picking them up in a few days and am anxious to hear them.

Thanks for welcome. I just picked up the speakers yesterday and they're in pristine condition(cabinets and drivers). If it didn't have a few scratches on the bottom you would swear they were brand new.Oh, they sound "Amazing".

    That's the truth...

You'll probably get hooked on Polk speakers after hearing them.

    Enjoy
