Crossover setting for speakers?

I built my "Mancave" addition on to our house three years ago and installed a 7.1 home theater using Polk speakers. I used a CSi5 for the center, two RTi10's for the front surround, and four RC60i's for the rear side surround and rear center speakers hooked up to an Onkyo TX-SR703 receiver. The subwoofer is a Velodyne DPS-10. This week I stepped up to Blueray and 1080P, so I'm finally getting around to optimizing my sound setup. I want to set the proper crossover points in my receiver, and I'm trying to find the right values.

My receiver manual says to refer to my speaker manuals, but I'm not finding what I want. The receiver crossover values that I can set for the speakers are: Full Band, 40 Hz, 60 Hz, 70 Hz, 80 Hz (THX), 90 Hz, 100 Hz, 120 Hz, 150 Hz, and 200 Hz.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Thanks,
Mark
