Polarized C7 power cables

So apparently, the hardest cable to find is a polarized C7 connector. I've found lots of companies making unpolarized (that figure 8 looking connector), but can't find anyone that does a polarized C7. Anyone know of such a critter? Also, I'm not looking for a "cheap" cable. I'm looking for something like the Pangea C7, but polarized.

PS Audio use to make one, not sure if it's still available.

Thanks, but not available anywhere I can find. Cardas made one too, but that one seems to be gone now as well. I'm about ready to mod my Pio DV47 to take a standard plug.

    SignalCable now carries one: http://signalcable.com/digitalpowerHC.html

Don't forget to ask for the Polkie discount.

Thanks, but those are all non-polarized, and the device expects polarized power.

The adapter is polarized, and unless I can find a cable that's polarized, I'll probably have to go that way, though I have pretty strong doubts that the device will handle the weight of the adapater plus cable.

The C7 connector will not change....its a standard. The polorized or grounding happens on the othe end. What are you trying to do? The equipment will not know polarized from non-polarized. You sure that its not a C5 you're looking for?

Definitely C7, and according to what I've found, some equipment does expect polarized power. That's why some C7 connectors have one side that's flat. That's a polarized C7.

Quad - Yep, I forgot all about that little caveat. That's exactly right. Why not call and ask Frank @ Signal to get a polarized Furutech. It's now an option with him and they do make them.

I was thinking of trying him. Haven't been able to find a polarized C7 terminator from anyone, or would have just lopped off the end of an extra Pangea and made my own :) That and he only lists the non-polarized connector on the site. I need to holler at him anyway though because I've been needing to get a power cord for my TV with a right-angle connector.
