Crossover settings

The more i read the more i`m getting confused. Please help. My AVR has crossover frequency setting and i`m going grazy. Should subwoofer be set at 80hz or 120hz. What about the rest of my speakers. Please someone that no`s let me the settings. Thanks.

    LPF of LFE should be set to 120Hz no matter what. The filter dial on your subwoofer itself should be turned to its maximum. Set all speakers to 80Hz.
