Sonance 260 Amp

I am thinking about picking one of these up. Anyone know anything about this amp? How does it compare to an Adcom GFA-535 or Carver? Will it drive my RTA11TL better than my Denon DRA-835?

    The Sonance 260 is a very nice amplifier but the Denon beats it hands down.
    The Denon DRA-835 is one of the best sounding 2 channel receiver made by Denon.
    I have both, enjoyed both, Have them in storage now.
