I noticed a fellow Polk forum contributer, EZC(Ace), talking about selling his HTS-7000 awhile back. PJDAMI, was the buyer and I've heard about his happiness with the unit. ;) Ace said that he owns a high end shop in Hawaii, and he carried Monster gear. I was interested in a high level surge arrestor/ conditioner...and started to email him.

I bugged and bugged this poor man, until he could probably take no more of my emails :) Seriously, I asked many questions and always received responses, and excellent communication from Ace. I eventually decided upon a model, the 5100, and we sealed the deal.

I could not have asked for a better transaction. Ace was very patient and very prompt in the entire deal, 100% professional. I received everything in perfect condition, brand new, ready to roll.

Just wanted to say thank you to Ace, and let him know that I am overjoyed at my new piece of gear. My wife says thank you also, for the box of goodies that fell inside, :D

If you ever have a need for Monster Gear....you owe it to yourself to give Ace a PM, or email. Rock on Monster Cable Pimp Daddy! :D
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

I think the 5100 is a great little box.

Mark, have you turned 1 unit at a time on to see your respective idle loads? after that give it hell! I have had mine up to 13 amps and it did not burp but my ears were bleeding;)

    13 amps? Good lord, I havn't even cracked 1 amp yet, :D

I really have just plugged it in, and played very little. I am waiting on a longer power cord for the TV from Signal, then I will get serious with testing.

You two like the styling? I really like this thing, its much cooler in person.

I haven't got one, but the HTS5100 pretty nice. Have fun, doro!

EZC, are you going to carry the Monster Power amps? I want to hear a review of the them and haven't seen one yet.

Thanks for the great transaction! If you want or need anything give me a shout!
fireshoes, I porbably wont stock the amps but I can order them & still offer club members a great price! The amps are priced retail
mp3250 ss 3 chanel at $2999.95 or the mp2250 ss at $2499.95. I dont have the current dealer pricing yet, I should have it soon if interested let me know! I havent heard the amps yet or seen any reviews at this time. I have been told by my rep that the amps should be on the same level as the high end amp by other manufactures. We just got back from EHX in Long beach. We have just expanded out product line with Richard Grey ptoducts! This club has great members! Thanks all!
