Willing to work out shipping (depending on final cost) and might be able to get you cash receipt from dealer which should cover warrenty.

As you can see this is not NIB, it was a display model hence the tag on the side. Most stores will put tags on the side of speakers they have on the shelves. I just bought it last night. So you may ask why I'm selling it? I am trying to pass along a good speaker at a good price to a fello polkster while trying to make a few bucks in the hope of raising enough $ to buy an SVS sub.

The store I got it from was HH Gregg . Like I said I have a receipt that can go with the speaker which should cover all warrenty issues.

So you are getting a speaker that is slightly used, in great condition with receipt which should make all the factory warrenty good for less than what you can get a new speaker for. Any more questions?

How did ya get $279 on the 40? I have a couple referrals and with the 4 flex pay I could probably cut a good deal myself.
Anyway great speaker and awesome price.
