Hockey is okay but I was always much more of a football fan growing up.

I actually have never put on a pair of skates in my life....surprising eh?:)

    Regards,
    Mike

PS. I never say eh...nor do the people I know.

I do alot, but only like the Fonz said it! :D
Most of them only hear how loud it sounds, and the rest of us hear everything else -

steveinaz,if you bring hell don't forget to bring the defense. If Rogers can throw for 400 yards against the Cards , Breese will throw for >500:eek:

    Nice Motley Crue reference.

I said to a friend while we were watching the game that I'd like to see the Cards win but no matter who does neither team
will make it past the next round playing defense like that. And you know their offense won't be able to score at will like they were against any of the other teams. Overall it was exciting, just kind of rediculous. I agree with some of you other guys, I don't want to see a 10-3 game or a 13-7, but none of the other games this weekend were like that. I'd say as good as this game was the Dallas and Baltimore games were better.

Being a native of STL, and now I live in AZ, the Cardinals will always be my team.

As teams that have no business in the post season continue to advance, the Packers will collectively have this all sink in after a few weeks and realize that they just **** away a very real shot at not only a Super Bowl appearance, but a Super Bowl win. Their offense was one for the ages, better than any in the NFL by a country mile at the end of the season and going into the playoffs no questions asked.

Nick Barnett was the biggest bonehead in that game, letting the most immobile QB in the NFL throw over the middle over and over and over and over while constantly out of position. Kurt Warner picked apart the zone defense and either Barnett was too stupid to adjust properly or Dom Capers wasn't calling the adjustments. I tend to trust Capers more.

No, the better team did not win on Sunday. Arizona is a bad football team and New Orleans will crush them on Saturday.

Bitter? You bet. This franchise will have a very hard time recovering from this after it all sinks in and the individual athletes start blaming and resenting one another. McCarthy has a hell of a task ahead of him in keeping the team together and not going nuts like so many coaches do.
