I grew up with vinyl, and don't want to go back. I agree that some of the sound quality was potentially better, or maybe it's just what I thought was normal! The ease and convienience of CD's is just too nice. But I do have a used, but in like new condition Bang & Olufsen Beogram 1700 turntable that I would like to find a new home for. This turntable has the original box and packaging, and somewhere I have the original manual and papers, etc. I bought this turntable new from Audio Labs in Des Moines IA, and it has been well taken care of. It's now in the Chicago area, I would have to check on cost to ship. I also have about a dozen high quality (i.e. virgin vinyl, digital remasterings) albums left. I sold about 350 albums about 5 yrs. ago, never thought there would be a resurgence of interest in them! You can email me at indian_creek@hotmail.com if you are interested.
