Will this work

I have a pair of TC625i one of the drivers is blown, I have a chance to purchase 2 rc65i and 2 rc55i for a 100 bucks. Will the 6 1/2 driver out of the 65i work in the TC625i?. And would and of these speakers mentioned above work good as a center speaker (the 65 or the 55)?

    Hi Jason.

    I would use a 65 for the center and the 55s for FL & FR. Maybe in the future you could get a true center speaker, use the 65s for the Fronts and the 55s for surrounds for a 5 channel system. And maybe add a subwoofer for 5.1.

    I don't think the tweeter from the 55 or 65 will replace your blown tweeter. But, you might ask Polk.
