In some ways yes, I find the ability of it to produce the SPL it does on the RTi10 in the lower frequency ranges rather more than I expected. And that is with being fully aware of the relationship of watts to decibels produced. I was expecting much less.
Same basic problems with RTi10s lack of musicality exist.
Can't wait to get the Monitor 10's hooked up and listen to some drum heavy jazz/world mixes. Something about those drivers in the Monitors that seem to do wonders for drums.
Really though it's time for new speakers.
