edited April 2010 in For Sale (FS) Classifieds
Decided to remodel my living room, so I just don't have room for these anymore.
I am the 3rd owner of the wonderful speakers. They are truly gorgeous. I bought them from
George Daniel about a year ago. I have all the original receipts from purchase as well as the factory
upgrades. I also have a couple of extra woofers I bought from a forum member. I will be
happy to throw them in.

These would have to be local pick up of course.I am located south of Atlanta, Ga. Near
Atlanta Motor Speedway.
I would hate to try to ship them.
I Would consider meeting someone a couple of hours down the road.
Please pm me if you have any questions.

I will try to get some better pics if needed.
$800.00 OBO.... I may consider partial trades.

No point in soiling another pair, so don't change your shorts just quite yet. Craters and Freighters......probably run in the $350 to $400 range to crate and ship. Dirt cheap if you ask me.

I had been looking for a pair of speakers for the kitchen but when I saw these I started to go deeper down the rabbit hole, since your not to far away. That of course changed when I showed them to my wife who said "what do you need those for?" followed by "where would you put them?:(
Bye the way for clarification are you saying the amps are included in the price?

I believe the C-9 is the pre-amp. If I am wrong, put me in line:D I could definately get gas money together for those amps and speakers at $800! Still and awsome deal with a pre and speakers tho:)

Oops :o:o Sorry still have much to learn :confused: I didn't know the C-9 was a pre amp. So I take it then the silver 7's are the amp?: And would you need both or could I use an AVR with preouts as the preamp and then get another amp to drive the speakers?

The C-9 is the Sonic Hologram generator.

If I'm not mistaken...the C-9 is NOT a preamp, but rather something added to the sound system that incorporates Sonic Holography. I believe you would still need an amp and preamp to run the speakers. If I'm wrong, just throw insults my way via PM. (Crossing fingers).

You are correct Pycroft. I own a C-9 and it is strictly a sonic holography generator.

I'm glad I'm retaining at least SOME of my conversations from George. A while back, I almost bought a C-9 thinking it was a C-19...I couldn't figure out why it was so damn cheap.

To the poster. Out of curiosity...my parents live in Bern NC. What is the distance between where you are and central/eastern NC. I won't get there until the summer, and I'm sure these will sell before then, but it's not out of the realm of possibility.

C-9 Sonic Hologram Generator. Considered by many to be the BEST form of Sonic Holography ever developed by Bob Carver--more "adjustable" than many other versions. Goes in Tape Loop or between preamp & amp. They currently sell for anywhere from $35 to $100.

Waaa,, guys the Amazings,,C-9 and a couple of spare midwoof's are included in his asking price--which is a heck of a deal,,dunno if he mentioned it,,but he also upgraded the wiring in both speakers.
