was there ever a suggestion for a BARTER or TRADE "forum"
similar to For Sale and WANTED to Buy ?

    It's called Craigslist. You can get people to do things to/for you, in trade for stuff.

    I'm not saying people don't barter, but it's an audio board, and we have 2 for sale forums already.

    People do it all the time in the FS section, they put in their ad "or trade for this or that" +/- cash, etc. I guess I don't get why we would need a whole new section just for that. Seems it wouldn't see much action if it were limited to JUST Barter or Trade.

    Pick at date and call it Barter Fest/Trade Fest at Club Polk. Host it in the Flea Market and all items in that thread are for barter or trade only no $. Limit the life of the thread to a weekend.

    Might turn out to be a cluster f___, or it could be pretty cool to get your house painted/trees trimmed/back hair waxed off/etc. for an amplifier you forgot you had stuck in the closet.
