Looking at buying a pair of CRS+'s. I would like the 1987 or 1989 version so I can TL modify the x-overs.

It's hard for me to tell if this is the PIN/BLADE version. Perhaps someone can tell me for sure based on the photo.

Looks like the blade-blade. I am pretty sure the pin-blade in my CRS +'s is located in the binding posts cup...though can't check because they are on an "extended" loan.

Those are the blade/blade CRS+s. They both should have SL2000 tweeters and use the same drivers for SDA and stereo, i.e. MW6510s.

Makes sense as that's where the connector is on my 1C's, and those are PIN/BLADE.

Oh well, I still may get them since they are local and I can get them for a decent price. Don't need them..............but then I have a lot of things I don't need. :p

Yep, I got that, so they are 1986 models and can't be "TL" modified.

    Thanks

Leroy, the CRS+'s are just for a project. I love my 1C's and they aren't going anywhere. *If* I am going to buy a pair of CRS+'s (which I have absolutely no need for) I want them to be the 1987 or 1989 model.

However, these might be priced just right to get the earlier pair. Again, I don't need them at all ;).
